ABOUT

As a child I spent numerous hours scribbling in notepads and tapping away on my parent’s old laptop. Creating my own worlds and stories to share with my family seemed just about the best thing in the world. When I reached my teenage years I found other hobbies that took precedence over my writing and slowly I drifted away from it.
In the past year I’ve found the joy in writing again through creating this blog. It’s not quite the storytelling I used to do but I’ve loved sharing bits of my life, my thoughts and my interests with like minded people. The blogging community is pretty awesome. Recently, due to unexpected changes, I’ve discovered that I have quite a large amount of free time opening up at the end of this year. There are so many possibilities swimming around my head that I struggle to focus on just one. They all have one thing in common – travel.

I’ve been incredibly lucky to have already visited numerous countries in my lifetime, I can currently count 5 continents, 21 countries and 56 cities. Some of these trips were holidays where I didn’t get to see or do a great deal outside of the resort, this has made me realise I want to experience travel more. To immerse myself in the culture and lifestyle of each place I visit.
I hope to use this blog to share my travels and experiences with you. Thank you for taking the time to read it.
